We offer sub-acute and enhanced sub-acute detox programs that are medically monitored. These programs support detoxification or “detox” from alcohol, opiates, and benzodiazepines (“benzos”). The length of our patients’ stays varies based on their individual needs and circumstances; a typical stay is between 5 and 14 days. Our program is medically monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week—that's why our patients trust in our care.
We provide detoxification services for both sexes at our Paterson location, including:
The admissions process is as follows:
Post-detox, patients will be assessed for continued treatment. At this time, we will help you decide whether continued treatment should take place at Turning Point or at another licensed rehabilitation center. We provide treatment and support for patients with co-occurring disorders—i.e., those dealing with substance abuse along with mental health disorders. These patients are detoxified from alcohol and/or opiates, as well as stabilized on their psychotropic medications. Our staff includes a psychiatrist to assist patients with their mental and emotional needs.
Our Turning Point facilities are located throughout New Jersey, which provides our patients with a unique advantage.
